It's instant 1951-Chevy's Shaker V8 is four years down the road, but the faithful stove bolt six hangs in there with Ford's Flathead V8, given the proper hop-up treatment. One of the most successful racing conversions for the Chevy or "Jimmy" Six is included in this kit- The famous Fisher 12-port cylinder head. This deep breathing cross flow design has Hilborn fuel injections going, with tuned tube headers on the outside-and a sound like a B-29 in a power dive!
