Hasegawa Model Cars 1/24 Taka-Q Toyota 88C Limited Edition Kit
Designed by Hiro Fujimori, the Toyota 88C first appeared at the 1988 All Japan Sports Prototype Championship. During its debut, the 88C scored a pair of top-five placements, showing enough promise to enter that year's 24 Hours of Le Mans Race. Two 88Cs participated, each equipped with a powerful Toyota 3S-GTM 2100 cc turbocharged inline-4 mid-mounted engine that produced 600 hp. The 88C made one more Le Mans appearance in 1989, followed by a fourth-place finish at the Dijon-Prenois race. This limited edition kit features detailed parts and decals.
